1. Privacy Policy

2. Pricing Structure
   Our quoted price is based on the weight up to 1 tonne or the full capacity of the van, whichever comes first.
3. Additional Charges
   Certain items such as mattresses, tires, large appliances (e.g. Fridge), and gas bottles will incur separate charges. Please inquire for specific pricing.
4. Load Duration
   The initial load duration is up to 30 minutes. Any time spent beyond this initial 30-minute period will be subject to additional charges based on an hourly rate.
5. Waste of Journey
   The client will be required to pay a waste of journey charge if the job cannot be complete due to access issues, absence of rubbish or any other issue attributed to the client’s fault.
6. Penalties
   The client assumes responsibility for any penalties incurred on jobs due to factors beyond alternatives or with prior client approval and these charges will be billed accordingly.
7. Payment Terms
   Payments are due upon completion of the service, or as per the agreed terms outlined in the client’s credit account agreement.
8. Financial Responsibility
   After mutual agreement and authorization from the client, they are obligated to fulfil payment for any jobs booked by their personnel or agents acting on their behalf.
